The young lady that took my order was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the order came out wrong (No big deal, it happens) but, thats where i became pleasantly surprised. All off the staff were professional, pleasant, apologetic and took care of the mistake with no fuss. plus, took it upon themselves to verify that i had not been overcharged. This is not what i expected from a fast food joint. I will definitely be back to eat and recommend it for anyone.
Friendly, fast service. Food excellent. Facility neat and clean. Would come again..only disappointment was no ice cream, milkshakes only. My hometown Arby's in Colonial Heights, Va. has custard style ice cream as well...
Food was cold after waiting 10 minutes for meal. We were 6 of the 9 people in the restaurant, only eight actually dining in. Milk with kids meal was missing foil seal. Ordered 4 meal combos cashier rang them up as sandwiches only. Rather than correcting his mistakes with a refund and doing the order over or perhaps just comp the stale fries and drink for the mistake what does the manager decide to just ring them each separately which cost us an additional 10$ over meal price. Very disappointing visit
Why does bad food taste so good? Then again, this is 5 star dining compared to McDonald's...
