Wouldn't recommened. Just walked in for my 12:00 appointment and sat there until 12:15 when I realized it would be another 45 minutes before I was seen. I told the receptionist that I only had 1 hour and they had to take me on time or I would be late for work. She still scheduled me. The owner, Frank had taken another full set right before I walked in for my appointment. Very poor business model, and it shows a huge lack in value and appreciation for customers. I will never return there. If you are looking for a Salon I suggest the salon on Pantops mountain. Worth the extra 15 minute drive.
Wish I could give this place zero stars. Awful service. Disrespectful and did a horrible job on my nails. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Place is horrible. Never anybody working. They turn you away because there is only 1 person working and yet they're still open for business. Quality and customer service is poor. Hopefully they will close and a better salon moves in. They're expensive and if they had good customer service I wouldn't mind paying but all they do is talk on the phone. Very unprofessional
They were super rude to my son rushing the service she didn't even scrub the heal of my foot and then when I gave her a 1.00 tip she said one dollar really ...awful service!
At one time I really enjoyed coming here. Now all employees are very unprofessional. The employees make fun of their clients and constantly talk to one another about their personal lives. They also use bad language. The quality of work has really gone down hill. They just rush you in and rush you out. I have also talked to other clients who same the same thing.
